  • We offer both membership options as well as single-use passes and walk-in appointments. Memberships provide the best value for regular visitors. We offer monthly, 6-month and 12-month membership terms. Single-use passes can be purchased for all services and amenities for non-members.

  • You can book appointments on our website or mobile app, or by calling us directly. We recommend booking as far in advance as possible, especially for weekends and peak hours. Walk-ins are accepted if availability allows.

  • We are open from 8am to 8pm, 7 days a week. Appointments are recommended for all services. Walk-ins are welcome for select offerings if space is available.

  • For classes and private suite bookings, we recommend you bring a swim suit for the ice baths and sauna, however we do have these available for purchase at reception.

    For all other treatments, light, loose, comfortable clothing is ideal. Robes and slippers are provided. We provide all personal protective equipment for Cryotherapy.

  • Yes, we have both male and female changing rooms with showers and lockers. Our changing rooms also include swim suit drying facilities and hair dryers.
