For classes and private suite bookings, we recommend you bring a swim suit for the ice baths and sauna, however we do have these available for purchase at reception.

For all other treatments, light, loose, comfortable clothing is ideal. Robes and slippers are provided. We provide all personal protective equipment for Cryotherapy.

Yes, we have both male and female changing rooms with showers and lockers. Our changing rooms also include swim suit drying facilities and hair dryers.
